Abstract

Table with two sheets:

  1. Canopy openness (gap fraction) measured with canopy-scope instrument in each plot
  2. Canopy openness (gap fraction) measured in 4 plots in each of the 12 stands for a total of 48 values measured with hemispheric photography and canopy-scope instrument.

Both also have canopy gap fraction measured from PCV module in cloud compare over the point cloud extracted from UAV flights. The PCV module results were projected in a 20 cm raster, and PCV values at each plot are created using average/90th percentile values over a buffer at different radii values.   For more information see paper....
